Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review your claim and, if approved, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

All items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged.
